EC™ Wine Glucose (Microlab EFA)

Description:
Glucose, together with fructose, is the most crucial parameter in wine (also see EC™ Wine Glucose+Fructose). The reason for analysing only the glucose and not the fructose is to obtain a precise estimate of the two parameters separately, in conjunction with the EC™ Wine Glucose+Fructose (ML EFA) method. This is done in order to detect possible wine corruption or frauds.

The EC™ Wine Glucose (ML EFA) method utilises the differential pH technique combined with a specific software to offer an automatic and direct measurement of the glucose in wine.
