EC™ Wine Glucose/Fructose Ratio HL (Microlab EFA)

Description:
The glucose/fructose ratio is the most crucial parameter in wine (see also EC™ Wine Glucose + Fructose). In some production processes one or more sugars are added artificially. The ratio between glucose and fructose measurement is relevant in those cases where sugars are added with the aim of corruption or fraud.

The EC™ Wine Glucose/Fructose Ratio (ML EFA) method utilises the differential pH technique and a specific software to offer an automatic and direct measurement of the glucose and fructose concentration in the same sample.
