EC™ Wine Ethanol (CL-10 Plus)

Description:
The measuring unit for ethanol in wine is percentage by volume (i.e. how many litres of alcohol there are in 100 litres of the product. Wine selection (table wine, DOC, DOCG, etc) is done according to the percentage by volume of ethilic alcohol. Normal wines range from 9 v/v to 15 v/v. Special wines can reach values as high as 22 v/v. The economic value is also defined using the same parameter, making ethanol the most interesting analyte from a commercial and economic point of view

The EC™ Wine Ethanol (CL-10 Plus) method is particularly suitable for analyses in process, since it is particularly easy to apply and relatively fast compared with traditional distillation.
